Water/Wastewater Client Service Manager

Ardurra's innovative water and wastewater engineers collaborate closely with clients to plan, design, permit, and construct systems that address their needs comprehensively. The Client Service Manager will focus on a mix of established client business growth, project delivery leadership, and mentoring of engineering staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited college
• Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in designing and delivering projects in the water/wastewater market sector
• Experience in managing production and treatment projects as well and/or experience performing design and construction management
• Advanced understanding of principles and state regulations
• Self-motivated, able to lead or assist a project team to completion of multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
