Job Description
Manages the full life cycle of surveying projects, including proposal, initiation, execution, control, and closeout. Provides technical support, prepares survey cost estimates, and conducts periodic training with staff.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics or Engineering preferred.
- Currently licensed Professional Surveyor.
- Meets all requirements for Surveyor II and minimum of 2 years of experience as Project Manager/Project Surveyor.
- Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil3D.
- Basic Math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Capable of solving problems using Trigonometric and Geometric functions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Bluebeam (or Adobe).
- Ability to work together with a team or individually. Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
