Job Description
Arduino's mission is to enable people to enhance their lives through accessible open-source electronics and digital technologies. The IT Support Team Lead will coordinate other team members, providing high-quality employee IT support, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support roles
- BS/MS in Computer Science or other technical-related fields
- Experience in leading an IT Support team
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
- Proficiency with ticketing/service desk software (JIRA)
- Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Google Compute Cloud)
- Familiarity with network setup for office
- Understanding of IT security principles
- Ability to speak and write in English
