Job Description
Ardent Communities is hiring Leasing Consultants in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas. No prior Leasing experience required, Customer Service experience preferred.
Requirements
- Greets all potential and current residents
- Schedules tours with prospective residents, closing on the sale
- Daily management and follow-up of all prospective leads
- Create/Update ads online to drive traffic
- Enters Maintenance Requests and helps assist Manager with resident requests
- Prepare Lease paperwork for new and current residents
