Facility and Material Logistics Officer

We are a leading contract research, development, and manufacturing organization (CRDMO) that works with pharmaceutical companies. We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our Ardena Bioanalysis business unit in Assen as a Facility and Material Logistics Officer.

Requirements

• Receive, inspect, and register incoming materials and goods.
• Support maintenance, testing, and validation of sensors and equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and functional checks.
• Record results in LIMS or other registration systems.
• Support calibrations, safety checks, and documentation.
• Handle tickets in TOPDESK and maintain contact with maintenance suppliers.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance with the facility team.
• Ensure order, safety, and compliance with procedures within the facilities.
• Actively contribute to improvement projects within the facility team.
