Lead Dynamics Architect (CRM Consultant)

Ardanis is seeking a highly experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect / CRM Consultant to lead technical discovery and proposal engagements for a complex, heavily customised D365 CE environment. This role focuses on assessing, simplifying, and optimizing the architecture, integrations, and data flows, leading to a scalable transformation project. The position requires a deep understanding of CRM architecture, best practices, and the ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales Enterprise module)
• Strong experience with integration technologies: Dataverse APIs, ESB messaging, web services, and external system connectors
• Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-environment deployment strategies
• Proven experience in CRM architecture rationalisation, simplification, and modernisation initiatives
• Experience assessing managed service models, including governance, SLAs, and support optimisation
• Advanced problem-solving, technical consulting, and stakeholder communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced discovery phase with tight deadlines (2–3 weeks)
• Proactive, independent, and able to drive alignment across internal and external teams
