Job Description
Arclin is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison between customers and the company, utilizing excellent knowledge of customer and company products, policies, systems, and supply chains. The incumbent will work closely with manufacturing, distribution, supply planning, and sales to ensure achievement of "Customer Delight" objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or other related field
- 5+ years of customer service/supply chain experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to successfully influence leadership
- Strong decision making and analytical skills
- Solid attention to detail, thoroughness and sense of urgency
- Commitment to company values
- Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, & JD Edwards)
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
