Senior Project Manager - Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Project Manager to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role will lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, meet business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and enhance stakeholder value.

Requirements

• Drive cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget
• Manage multiple concurrent projects involving manufacturing scale-up, process improvements, and technology integration
• Lead end-to-end M&A and integration initiatives
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across teams
• Communicate regularly with executive leadership and stakeholders
• Manage change control processes related to scope, schedule, and budget
• Maintain documentation of integration processes and decisions
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and implement feedback to improve future project delivery and manufacturing efficiency
• Build and maintain strong, responsive relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer delight requirements are consistently met and exceeded
