Job Description
Darien Family Dental Care is seeking a highly motivated Full-time Dental Assistant to join their team. The office focuses on providing quality dental and personal care to patients in a relaxed and comfortable environment. The role involves patient greeting, assisting with procedures, cleaning and sterilizing equipment, and maintaining the overall operatory.
Requirements
- Greet and seat patients
- Act as a liaison between the patient and the doctor
- Review schedules and anticipate doctor's needs
- Assist with four-handed dentistry
- Enter treatment plans
- Take x-rays
- Clean and disinfect after each patient
- Package and sterilize instruments
- Keep operatory stocked
