Supply Chain Specialist

The Supply Chain Specialist ensures efficient and accurate trade executions across Sales, QA, and Finance teams, focusing on import-related documentation, shipping coordination, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience of relevant work experience
• Experience in customs clearance in the food industry
• Knowledge of payment term, shipping documentation, trade terms, Letter of Credit and Documentary Collections preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, meticulous, organized, responsible, and a good team player
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
