Quality Manager responsible for personnel management, HACCP concept implementation, internal quality audits, and quality management training.
Requirements
- Completed successful (Fach-) university studies in quality management, food technology, process engineering or engineering sciences
- Knowledge of quality management systems and knowledge in the food/feed sector
- Fundamental knowledge of HACCP
- Conversational German skills (level C1), fluent English skills (level B2)
- Analytical thinking and methodically-didactic skills, persuasion and assertiveness
- Team orientation, communication skills, social competence and conflict management, customer orientation
