Plant Maintenance Supervisor

The Plant Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians, develop and implement maintenance schedules, manage equipment and facilities, and enforce safety policies. They will also oversee the budget, manage inventory, and track performance metrics. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in maintenance, and strong technical skills.
