Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and rigorous Production Operator, oriented towards safety. In this essential role, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of production operations at our Candiac, Québec installation. You will ensure the general maintenance of your work environment and ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
Requirements
- Perform general maintenance of the work environment
- Handle containers and bags weighing up to 25 kg
- Operate a forklift
- Operate and daily maintain a valve packaging machine
- Operate a 1-tonne tote packaging machine
- Produce and fill with accuracy the production documentation
- Respect all health, safety, and food safety rules and policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal performance
- Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives in the department
