Manager Execution & Logistics

The Manager Execution & Logistics role will lead ADM Vietnam's execution and logistics operations for bulk, truck, and container programs. The role ensures smooth, timely, and compliant execution of all trade activities in line with Vietnam's regulations and ADM's internal policies.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 7 years' experience in agricultural commodity execution and logistics
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam's domestic logistics and import regulations
• Experienced in customs clearance, port operations, trucking, and warehouse management
• Proficient in INCOTERMS 2020 and GAFTA trade practices
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and empathetic toward rural clients and partners
