Executive Execution & Logistics (Fixed Term)

Support the execution of commercial contracts, manage bulk inventories, and coordinate delivery schedules for agricultural commodities, ensuring compliance with Vietnam’s regulations and ADM’s internal policies. Collaborate with trading, warehouse, and administration teams to optimize product flow and inventories, and participate in execution and trade-related learning programs.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Commerce, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum one year experience in supply chain or sales administration
• Experience in customs clearance, port operations, trucking, and warehouse management
• Proficient in INCOTERMS 2020
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power BI
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
