Job Description
Catholic Charities is seeking a Bilingual Parent Support Specialist to supervise and support pregnant and parenting mothers and their children in a therapeutic environment. This role involves trauma-informed behavioral limits, appropriate action, and maintaining a safe and caring environment. The position requires adherence to organizational policies and guidelines while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
Requirements
- Pass TPCN Counselor Certification exam with 80% or better annually/as required.
- Properly bill TPCN and/or other agency utilized systems provided to residents.
- Knowledge of Guadalupe Home’s Resident Rules & Guidelines.
- Clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
