This role focuses on enhancing safety, reducing risks, and driving excellence across ArcelorMittal's mining locations. The manager will oversee mine planning systems, develop sustainable mining practices, and foster local capability-building while leveraging innovative technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field
• 15 years of progressive mining experience
• Strong understanding of global mining operations (mine design, scheduling, etc.)
• Proven experience in multi-site operations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Global mindset and cultural adaptability
