Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to lead projects and manage staff within a hybrid role. The role involves technical expertise in water/wastewater evaluations and design, from project planning to construction delivery. The ideal candidate will be a project and team leader, responsible for ensuring projects meet budget and schedule while working with clients and contributing to business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Staff development and supervision skills
- Strong communication skills
- Client relationship management experience
