Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Roadway Design Engineer to join their Mobility team in Nashville, TN. This role involves working on infrastructure projects for roadways, including intersections, collector streets, and expressways. The team is focused on providing solutions for highway design challenges for TDOT and other state DOTs. The engineer will mentor junior staff, prepare reports, and perform QA/QC reviews on designs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Tennessee PE license or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
- Task management experience within infrastructure design and construction engineering.
- Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads, Geopak, InRoads and 3D Design.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
