Arcadis is seeking a proactive and experienced Design Manager – Rail Systems to lead and coordinate design activities for rail systems. The role requires expertise in rail systems engineering, leadership, and stakeholder management, with a focus on ensuring timely and technically sound delivery of rail systems design packages. The position will involve coordinating client teams, securing design approvals, and ensuring quality assurance.

Requirements

• Ensure integration of various rail systems with civil and structural designs.
• Develop and maintain design management plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Facilitate design reviews, manage interfaces between disciplines and stakeholders.
