Associate Principal, Architect (Living)

Arcadis is seeking a Principal, Practice Group Manager (PGM), Living for the US East region for the Architecture and Urbanism division of our Global Business Area - Places. As the PGM, Living, you will be a subject matter expert for the residential and hospitality practice regionally within the Global Architecture and Urbanism (GAU) Division and a focus on growth, design excellence, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or post-graduate qualification and/or fellowship in an appropriate professional institution.
• Registered Architect, or equivalent preferred.
• Deep expertise in the Living (Hospitality and Multi-family Residential) Sector with substantial experience (18 years or more) in a discipline, including 10+ years' experience in Architecture consultancy.
• Experience in regional business development.
• Strong skills in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, clients, and partners.
• Experience managing business relationships at executive level while managing teams across geographies.
• Proficiency in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial planning.
• Proven ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
