Job Description

This Accounts Payable Specialist role will support associates and analysts in processing and controlling payments, preparing AP reports, and ensuring accurate financial records. The role involves full payments, reconciliation, invoice processing, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Prepares and analyzes AP performance reports.
- Processes payments and other requests or fund transfers accurately and timely.
- Manages vendor statement of account balance monthly.
- Reviews and manages vendor statement of account balance.
- Assists with strategic function support during team leadership.
