Job Description
Arcadia is a health-tech company focused on transforming healthcare through data analytics. This role is for a Customer Insights Analyst, focused on creating and delivering high-value analytics and reports to Arcadia's customers, impacting patient care and growth. The Analyst will join the Customer Insights team and work directly with clients to improve their decision-making processes using Arcadia’s products.
Requirements
- 2+ years of healthcare analytics experience
- Passion for documentation and hands-on client support
- Comfort with communicating with clients about objectives
- Experience analyzing healthcare data
- Experience with project planning and timeline management
- Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL
- Experience with a business intelligence dashboarding tool (QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Eagerness to learn and creativity
