Job Description
Arc'teryx is seeking a Designer 1 - Climb to support a team of designers in delivering innovative apparel solutions aligned with their design philosophies. This role involves assisting with the design, construction, and prototyping of apparel for climbing, snow sports, hiking, and trail running. The company emphasizes collaborative problem-solving and immersive design processes.
Requirements
- Degree in apparel design
- 3+ years hands-on experience designing apparel
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite/digital pattern software, CLO3D
- Intermediate knowledge of design process, sketching, sewing, and garment construction
- Ability to create tools and construction methods
- Strong planning, organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills
