Loan Surveillance Manager

Manage a portfolio of performing and non-performing Investor Agency Loans, assessing quality, identifying areas of risk, and mitigating potential loss.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real-estate, Accounting or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years' experience in commercial real estate, mortgage servicing, loan underwriting, credit, risk management, financial analysis, or a combination thereof
