Production Supervisor

Join Our Team as a Production Supervisor at Duraflake! We are seeking a passionate and experienced Production Supervisor to lead members of the team, and provide direction and consistency for safety, quality, production and costs within our plant.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Must be willing to work night shift.
• Experience in a production or industrial setting required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements, dust control, and chemical handling in a wood products facility preferred.
