HR Generalist Manager responsible for providing HR generalist support for the Aramark Corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE).
Requirements
- HR/SPHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required
- Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent
- Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development required
- Strong analytical skills are required
- Ability to train and make presentations will also be required
