The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, execution-focused, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of digital performance metrics, account health, and relationship management.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or account management
• Experience managing both partner and client relationships
• Strong data fluency and understanding of traffic, conversions, commissions, and payout models
• Excellent communication, follow-through, and prioritization skills
• Comfortable working under pressure with short deadlines and high ownership
