Sr. Manager, Quality Control

The Senior Manager Quality Control is responsible for all aspects of the Quality Control Laboratory, maintaining product quality, identifying and solving problems, and complying with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 7+ years of related work experience
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in managing direct reports
• Deep understanding of cGMP, ICH guidelines, USP requirements, and regulatory expectations
• Expertise in HPLC instruments and data collection software
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is desirable
• Strong problem solving, strategic thinking, critical reasoning, and decision making skills
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
