The Senior Manager Quality Control is responsible for all aspects of the Quality Control Laboratory, maintaining product quality, identifying and solving problems, and complying with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 7+ years of related work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in managing direct reports
- Deep understanding of cGMP, ICH guidelines, USP requirements, and regulatory expectations
- Expertise in HPLC instruments and data collection software
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is desirable
- Strong problem solving, strategic thinking, critical reasoning, and decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
