Job Description
Pool Manager oversees day-to-day operations of pools at community partner locations, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. Supervises staff, manages pool maintenance, and handles customer service inquiries. Ideal candidates have strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in pool operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
- Certifications: First Aid certification (American Red Cross, Ellis & Associates) and PHTA Certified Pool Operator Certification
- Leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to assess situations quickly and make effective decisions
- Physical fitness, ability to perform rescues, swim long distances, and remain on-duty for extended periods
