AQMetrics is seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Analyst to join their Regulatory Reporting team. This role involves supporting customers with global reporting obligations, assisting in product development, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong regulatory compliance knowledge and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken French
- Degree in Business/accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the Funds industry
- Procedural and technical knowledge of the Fund accounting industry
- Technical knowledge of Fund accounting, across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, credit)
- Understanding of OTC derivatives and/or listed derivatives
- Experience with regulatory risk and compliance software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive approach and problem-solving abilities
