We're looking for an organized self-starter who manages complex tasks, handles executive support, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the Aptive team in Provo, UT as an Executive Assistant.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator
• Tech Savvy with Google Mail, Workday, G Suite
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Responsive time management and prioritization skills
• Protect operations by keeping sensitive information confidential
