Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of control systems and experience with Industry 4.0 concepts
