aptihealth is a fast-growing health tech company transforming behavioral healthcare. We're looking for a Regional Account Director to expand and strengthen our patient referral network.
Requirements
- Must be based within 1 hour of Buffalo or Rochester, NY
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or business development in healthcare
- Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare landscape, with the ability to navigate patient referral workflows and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with healthcare professionals.
