Job Description
Apt Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager specializing in the Construction, Contracting, and Facilities Industries. The role involves managing and overseeing various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of project management, working closely with clients, contractors, and team members.
Requirements
- Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Leading project meetings and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders
- Overseeing the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to stay on track
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Preparing project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
- Establishing effective relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the construction industry
- Experience in building villa hotels
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
