Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Exposure to COBOL through coursework, internships, or self-learning (a plus, not required)
- Understanding of programming fundamentals and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Curiosity, initiative, and a strong willingness to learn legacy and modern technologies
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
