Job Description
Aprio is a rapidly growing, nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm seeking a Director - Restaurant, Franchise & Hospitality to join their dynamic team. The position involves managing income tax, international tax, and US tax compliance. Aprio prioritizes a progressive, fast-growing culture with opportunities for both career advancement and client growth.
Requirements
- Manage income tax preparation engagements and work in the business tax group.
- Proven experience working with multinational businesses operating in the US.
- Familiarity with US international tax concepts and requirements.
- Ability to spot cross border issues and proactively address them.
- Understanding of US Tax Treaties and related concepts.
- Experience with Form 3115, Form 8832, Sec. 351, Sec. 361, Sec. 451, and Sec. 6038.
- Experience with Form 114, 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, and 8938.
