Job Description
Join Aprende Institute as a Customer Support B2B Bilingual (English/Spanish) to elevate the experience of companies in the United States with our high-impact educational programs. Serve as the main strategic point of contact for corporate clients, implement, adopt, and ensure continuity of our programs, and build strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B customer service, Customer Success, or Key Account Management
- Minimum English level C1 (spoken and written)
