Job Description
We are looking for talented sales professionals to join our commercial team as Call Center Sales Agent. You will make phone calls to offer educational products, apply a consultative approach, and exceed individual goals. The ideal candidate has over 12 months of experience in telephone sales, can persuade and connect with clients, and has basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools.
Requirements
- More than 12 months of experience in telephone sales in a call center
- Ability to persuade, listen, and connect with clients
- Clear orientation to results and goal achievement
- Basic knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and digital tools
- Availability for a hybrid model (in-person + remote)
Benefits
