We are seeking a Senior Associate Resource Management to join our dynamic Resourcing team. As a backbone to our fast-paced department, you will be responsible for all aspects of resource management, driving process improvement initiatives, and providing essential program support.
Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years' of resource management experience
- Experience in Professional Services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with resource management and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Confluence, Salesforce, Jira) preferred
