(Senior) QA Manager (m/w/d)

We are Appmatics, a professional service provider for digital quality assurance from Cologne. We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to shape, optimize, and take processes to the next level. As a team of over 200 colleagues, we want to actively shape the digital transformation and set our sights on modern working conditions, a personal design space, and a strong corporate culture.

Requirements

• Completed technical studies or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position in dynamic environments, preferably in the service industry
• Experience in project leadership, first leadership responsibility of smaller teams is an advantage
• ISTQB certification (min. Foundation Level), IREB desirable
• In-depth knowledge of software development & testing technologies and structured working method
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with all stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
