The HR Operations Manager is responsible for providing operational support to the HR department, including contracts and documents management, benefits administration, and payroll preparation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant HR administration/operations experience
- Additional qualifications or relevant certifications in the HR field (e.g., HR-Basic, HR-Expertise, Labor law, HRIS knowledge)
- Solid knowledge of employment contracts, onboarding processes, and HR systems
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, a feeling of ownership, and a structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
- Proficient handling of HR systems (Personio would be a plus) and data maintenance
- Ability to independently resolve more complex employee inquiries
