Underwriting Operations Manager

United Risk is a global property and casualty insurance underwriting and distribution platform seeking a dynamic Underwriting Operations Team Leader to manage and mentor a team of underwriters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, insurance, operations, or a related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience managing teams in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Proven technical underwriting expertise across multiple lines of business (e.g., Commercial P&C, Professional Liability, Specialty).
• Proficiency with underwriting systems and data analytics tools.
