Sr UX Designer

We're searching for a Sr. UX Designer to join our EZLynx Product Team on a remote or hybrid basis in the United States. The successful candidate will have experience in UX, preferably in a commercial software environment working on B2B enterprise software or SaaS products. They will develop a strong understanding of our users' experience through our suite of products and explore the needs and motivations of our target users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in a commercial software environment working on B2B enterprise software or SaaS products
• Well-versed in experimental design, research methodology, and statistical analysis
• Demonstrated experience with research methodologies such as user observation, user interview, usability testing, card sorts, persona development, user journeys and surveys
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills that promote idea-sharing and knowledge transfer
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, whiteboards, etc.)
