Job Description
Applied Systems is seeking a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer (APIs) to transform the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering results, committed to quality, and driven to innovate within a company built on values. This role involves developing, maintaining, and updating test systems, assessing the impact of changes, and providing technical expertise to the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in software engineering working with .NET/C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL Server, OpenAPI, Apigee
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including software development life cycles, coding standards, code reviews, and test automation.
- Experience with cloud environments and cloud applications with DataDog, GitLab, and Kubernetes
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering working with .NET/C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL Server, OpenAPI, Apigee
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts.
- Proven ability to advance technical discussions.
