Product Operations Manager

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in product management/product operations/product growth or related experience
• Familiarity with product adoption best practices, tools, and techniques to optimize product adoption and customer retention
• Leadership role within product operations or technical program management, ideally within a technology or software company
• Advanced ability to lead multiple concurrent, high-value projects to successful goal achievement
• Highly proficient in collaborating effectively, resolving interpersonal issues blocking project success, and facilitating team member contributions
• Demonstrated understanding of business objectives, products being supported, cross-product implications, and cross-functional roles and dynamics
