Supplier Engineer

We are seeking a Supplier Engineer to lead and support supplier process improvements, participate in supplier audits, and develop project schedules and risk registers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience in supplier quality engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supplier quality engineering, machining/welding process control, or manufacturing quality systems
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and conduct detailed DWG reviews
• Proficiency with quality and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Is/Is Not, statistical analysis tools, and platforms like JMP
• Knowledge of quality management systems and experience conducting or supporting supplier audits
• Display/Semiconductor Process Kit & Equipment Knowledge
• Project Management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High level of proficiency in English for smooth communication with international stakeholders
• Fluent in Korean, with strong capability to convey technical and project-related information clearly
