- Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle pre-sales support functions
- Provides application and technical assistance and advice to sales force
- Executes on site and in-house high level application activities
- Prepares demos and other in-house application tasks
- Assists with product presentations and sales efforts
- Prepares technical analysis of tool performance
- Develops plans for post-sale support needs
- Identifies opportunities for additional utilization of systems in customer site
- Develops and executes product's strategy at a given customer
- Participates in product design, testing and documentation reviews
- Participates in user conferences
