• Manage engineers in utilizing techniques to characterize hardware
• Interact with key customers to resolve complex process engineering issues
• Manage experimental tests, evaluates results and escalates critical technology issues
• Determines product process specifications and equipment strengths, weakness and area of developmental opportunity
