Instructional Designer & Learning Programs Specialist

Applied Materials is seeking an Instructional Designer & Learning Programs Specialist to design, build, and deliver learning programs focused on technical upskilling and AI enablement across the company.

Requirements

• Design and build engaging digital learning content
• Create short-form, modular learning such as microlearning
• Develop storyboards, scripts, interactive activities, and assessments
• Use tools such as Articulate Rise and/or Storyline
• Support end-to-end delivery of learning programs
• Support and facilitate live learning sessions and workshops
• Engage stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learner needs
• Translate business and learner needs into clear learning objectives
• Contribute to AI and technical upskilling initiatives
